We have class room takeovers, or small group events for 30 people or less where we create a BRAVE space. In this space we facilitate a vulnerable, honest culture, that works towards emotional, relational and spiritual health. Using cognitive therapy techniques , creative movement and writing prompts we help move participants to action.

Are you a creative who wants to get on the mic and share your original music? Or so you write poetry in your free time? Are you an upcoming comedian or motivational speaker? We would love to help you BRAVELY TRY the dreams you have with us.
Rules: Since this is a business establishment and we want it to be family friendly we have a few ground rules. No excessive profanity, no explicit sexual content, no discriminatory language or hate speech allowed.

WOMENS CONFERENCE...
"We Overcome" is about empowering ALL women and providing tools to break through emotional and mental roadblocks. We do this by entering a BRAVE SPACE. In this conference experience zumba, break out sessions, live music, and empowerment tools and strategies from experts in mental health. There will be vendors, networking, community, food and fun! YOU DESERVE A break and some self care! Register today and bring a friend!
